Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using any services offered by SoulBridge Integrative ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By accessing our website, registering for our programs, purchasing our products or services, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

SoulBridge Integrative offers integrative coaching, healing, and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Live virtual webinars and masterclasses

• In-person and virtual retreats

• Private 1:1 coaching sessions

• Reiki and hypnotherapy sessions

• Digital products including PDF guides and recorded content

• Email programs and warm-up sequences

Our services are offered by Nicole and Yolanda, practitioners associated with SoulBridge Integrative. Our services are for educational, coaching, and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical or Mental Health Care

IMPORTANT: The services provided by SoulBridge Integrative, including coaching, Reiki, hypnotherapy, nervous system work, and all related content, are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are NOT a substitute for licensed psychological or psychiatric care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe trauma responses, or any medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a qualified medical or mental health professional or call emergency services in your area. By using our services, you acknowledge that our work is complementary and not a replacement for professional healthcare.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in our services. By registering or purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Current pricing for our services includes:

• The Grounding Secret Retreat — Early Bird: $597

• The Grounding Secret Retreat — Standard: $997

• Deep Transformation Package — Full: $1197

• Deep Transformation Add-On ($300 or $200 depending on prior purchase)

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount at the time of purchase. You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

4.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your registration or access to services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if payment cannot be completed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Webinars and Masterclasses

All webinar and masterclass registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, a replay may be made available at our discretion.

5.2 Retreat Purchases

Due to the limited capacity of our retreats and the commitment required to hold your spot, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat date: 50% refund

• Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the retreat date: 25% refund

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat date: No refund

In the event that SoulBridge Integrative cancels or postpones a retreat, you will be offered a full credit toward a future event or a full refund at your discretion.

5.3 Private Sessions

Private 1:1 sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be forfeited without refund. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the session being forfeited.

5.4 Digital Products

All sales of digital products, PDF guides, and recorded content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Participant Conduct and Responsibility

By participating in any SoulBridge Integrative service, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants at all times

• Take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after sessions

• Inform us of any medical or mental health conditions that may affect your participation before your session

• Not record, reproduce, or share session content without prior written permission

• Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward facilitators or other participants

  
  

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by SoulBridge Integrative including but not limited to webinar recordings, retreat materials, PDF guides, email content, website content, and social media content is the intellectual property of SoulBridge Integrative and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of materials provided to you as part of a purchased program is permitted.

8. Testimonials and Video Feedback

By submitting a testimonial, video feedback, or written review to SoulBridge Integrative, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your testimonial across our marketing materials, website, social media, and promotional content. You represent that your testimonial is truthful and based on your genuine experience.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participating in our coaching, healing, or retreat services. Individual results vary and depend on many factors including your own commitment, health, and circumstances.

We make no representations or warranties that our services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoulBridge Integrative, its founders, practitioners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoulBridge Integrative and its practitioners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. GoHighLevel Platform

Our services utilize the GoHighLevel platform for CRM management, email communications, SMS messaging, funnels, and payment processing. By registering for our services, your information will be stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform. GoHighLevel's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to how your data is processed on their platform. You can review GoHighLevel's policies at gohighlevel.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoulBridge Integrative regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
